Established in 2011 with the vision of ensuring reliability, transparency, and trust, Al Malomat Center has grown into a leading UAE-licensed government service provider. Operating multiple branches in Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai, including the main Abu Shagarah (Sharjah) hub, Burjuman Mall (Dubai), and Industrial Area service outlets, the center serves individuals, employers, and businesses through integrated government services.

Al Malomat Center is authorized to process official transactions for major government entities, including Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MoHRE) services such as Tas-heel, Tad-beer, and Taw-jeeh, Dubai Economic Development, Sharjah Economic Development, Ajman Economic Development, Sharjah City Municipality, Sharjah Chamber of Commerce, Emirates ID Authority / ICA, and SEWA Online. The center provides end-to-end services such as labor permit issuance and modifications, work visa processing, Emirates ID typing, commercial document typing, license renewals, trade name reservations, and related administrative e-services.

In line with the UAE's digital transformation, Al Malomat Center continually invests in advanced technology and streamlined workflows to keep pace with rapid administrative and regulatory developments. This ensures that all processes from e-service transactions to government document management are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and quality, delivering superior service compared to other service centers.

The center also provides comprehensive visa medical services through Emirates Health Services (EHS) and Sharjah Health Authority, covering typing, blood tests, chest X-rays, physical examinations, and issuance of medical fitness reports required for residency visas. Similarly, Waqayati Smart Medical Center delivers accredited medical examinations, diagnostic checks, and health screenings, streamlining the visa medical process and ensuring compliance with UAE public health standards.

Al Malomat Center provides a complete client-oriented experience. Services include complimentary pick-up and drop-off for staff groups from companies using the center's vans, complimentary parking on both sides of the building, multilingual consultants (Urdu, Hindi, English, Arabic) for smooth transactions, complimentary Wi-Fi and Arabic hospitality for all visitors, and extended operating hours: 14.5 hours daily, open 7 days a week.
